Welcome to Teal Moon Wellness. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tealmoonwellness.com and your purchase or use of services, programs, events, digital resources, and other offerings provided by Teal Moon Wellness.
By using this website, submitting a form, scheduling a service, or purchasing an offering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our offerings.
1. Wellness and Educational Purposes
The information and services provided by Teal Moon Wellness are intended to support personal growth, relaxation, self awareness, and general well being.
Teal Moon Wellness does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services. Hypnotherapy, somatic coaching, bodywork, Reiki, sound healing, and related services are not substitutes for care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
Always consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding medical symptoms, mental health concerns, medications, pregnancy, injuries, or other health conditions. Never delay seeking professional care because of information received through this website or our services.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact 911 or an appropriate emergency service immediately.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Every person and experience is different. Teal Moon Wellness does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, personal, professional, or financial result.
Client stories and testimonials reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that you will receive the same results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our services unless written consent and appropriate participation agreements are provided by a parent or legal guardian.
By using this website or purchasing an offering, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate.
4. Scheduling and Participation
Appointments and program participation are subject to availability and confirmation.
You agree to provide accurate and relevant information concerning your health, medications, injuries, conditions, and other circumstances that could affect your ability to safely participate. Teal Moon Wellness may modify, postpone, or decline a service when doing so is considered appropriate for safety, professional boundaries, or scope of practice.
Specific services may require separate intake forms, informed consent documents, program agreements, or waivers. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.
5. Payments
Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required according to the terms presented at the time of booking or enrollment.
You authorize Teal Moon Wellness and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount and schedule disclosed at purchase.
Failure to complete a payment may result in the suspension of appointments, services, program access, or digital access until the balance is resolved.
6. Deposits and Payment Plans
Any reservation deposit, payment plan, or program specific financial commitment will be explained before purchase and may be governed by a separate written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits reserve time and availability and are applied toward the total purchase price. Any refundability or transferability terms will be clearly disclosed before payment.
Agreeing to a payment plan represents a commitment to pay the full program price. Ending participation early does not automatically cancel the remaining balance unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests must follow the policy presented during booking.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, and late arrivals may result in the loss of the session or a fee, as disclosed at booking. Arriving late may shorten the available session time without reducing the price.
Program, event, package, and digital product purchases are subject to the refund and transfer policies displayed on the relevant sales or checkout page. If no separate refund policy is stated, purchases are considered final except where otherwise required by law.
Teal Moon Wellness may cancel or reschedule an appointment, program, or event when necessary. If an offering is canceled and no suitable alternative is provided, payments for the canceled portion will be refunded.
8. Recurring Payments and Automatic Renewal
If an offering includes recurring charges or automatic renewal, the renewal schedule, price, cancellation procedure, and applicable deadlines will be clearly presented before purchase.
Where required, Teal Moon Wellness will provide renewal notices and an accessible online cancellation method. Colorado requires clear renewal disclosures, advance notices in qualifying situations, and a simple cancellation process. 9. Intellectual Property
All website content and materials created by Teal Moon Wellness, including The Expansion Edit™ Method, The Moonrise Experience™, written content, recordings, exercises, worksheets, graphics, videos, branding, and program materials, are owned by or licensed to Teal Moon Wellness.
Materials are provided for your individual, personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, teach, modify, record, share, or create derivative works from these materials without prior written permission.
10. Digital Content
Digital resources and recordings are provided for personal use. You are responsible for having the technology and internet access needed to use them.
Teal Moon Wellness cannot guarantee that the website or digital resources will always be uninterrupted, error free, or compatible with every device or platform.
11. Testimonials and User Content
Testimonials will only be published with permission. Testimonials describe individual experiences, and results vary.
If you voluntarily submit feedback, comments, photographs, videos, or other content for promotional use, any permitted use will be governed by the consent or release you provide.

Teal Moon Wellness reserves the right to end a session or discontinue services when conduct is unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or outside professional boundaries. Financial obligations will be handled according to the applicable agreement and circumstances.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teal Moon Wellness and its owner, team members, contractors, and affiliates will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, services, programs, or materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teal Moon Wellness and its owner, team members, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or materials, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
